Fridays – All Grades:- 6.00 to 8.00pm (fitness and sparring class)
Saturdays – Beginners:- 12.15 to 2.15pm (White belts to Green belt Blue Stripe)
-Advanced:- 2.30pm to 4.30pm (Blue belts and above)
First lesson Free!! just wear loose fitting clothing i.e. jogging bottoms and a T-shirt.
